Swedish Massage
is a basic Western manual soft tissue manipulation of the body.  Manipulation is done through the use of hands, thumbs and forearms. It is for relaxation, improving blood and lymph flow to aid in *detoxification. It can work before or after an athletic event for flushing out metabolites and improving joint mobility.
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy
addresses the irritable localized band of contracted muscle fibers that refer pain else where on the body. It provides pain relief, increase flexibility, local circulation, and advance sports therapy due to injury.

is a soft deep tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain.  The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs. To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached.

is a deep tissue massage that uses warm Bamboo sticks and massage oil. It is for relaxation, circulation and it aids in detoxification.
Stretching and Flexibility Massage
utilizes a combination of Thai massage techniques, active isolated stretching, muscle energy technique, contract-relax stretching, and passive movements along with Swedish/deep tissue bodywork. This is for increasing flexibility, detoxification circulation, and physically active.
